72-year-old woman dies in house fire
BATON ROUGE - A 72-year-old woman died in a house fire around 3:45 a.m. on the 1200 block of N. 49th St., according to Baton Rouge Police Department Cpl. L'Jean McKneely.
McKneely says Doris Antwine died inside the home during the fire, and there are no signs of foul play. The Baton Rouge Fire Department is investigating the cause of the fire.
