Last suspect in gang rape wanted by police
UPDATE: Denzel Hamilton turned himself in around 8 a.m. this morning. Zachary Police transported him to East Baton Rouge Parish jail.
ZACHARY - Police are looking for a 17-year-old, wanted in connection with a gang rape.
The attack happened in June and the teenager was supposed to turn himself in with the others involved in the alleged crime Monday, but did not show. Police said the others in the group, two adults and a juvenile, surrendered and were booked into jail.
Denzel Hamilton, aka "Deezy," is wanted and is believed to be hanging out in Baton Rouge.
Tyquan Paul and Bertrae Paul turned themselves in with the juvenile and were charged in connection with the attack. The juvenile's name was not released. Police said the three are brothers.
The female victim is underage, police said. The attack happened on Scenic Highway.
