ST. FRANCISVILLE — The West Feliciana Sheriff's Office is offering up to $10,000 for information on the disappearances of Madison Allen and Stephanie Hevia.

Law enforcement agencies have searched in West Feliciana Parish and Zachary throughout September for evidence linking Thomas Morris to the women's disappearances.

Morris was arrested in July 2026 for a kidnapping charge after a Montana woman told West Feliciana deputies she had been brought back to Louisiana against her will and held at Morris' home. Deputies searched Morris' property but reportedly found nothing. 

Allen disappeared in November 2023; her last known location was Zachary, where she lived with Thomas Morris. Hevia was last known to be at Morris' home in West Feliciana Parish. 

“We know there are people out there that have information that will help solve these cases,” Sheriff Brian Spillman said. “This reward is available for that information, and you can remain anonymous.”

As part of its first 48-hour rewards boost, Crime Stoppers will double the normal reward for information from $5,000 to $10,000 if the information is received during the 48 hours after the reward is announced.
