BATON ROUGE - East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office arrested three people Thursday for obscenity in three separate incidents.

45-year-old Chuyen Nguyen was arrested after exposing himself inside of a Subway in the 12000 block of Plank Road.

Around 4:20 p.m. on Thursday, Nguyen was creating a disturbance in the sandwich shop and was asked to leave at least five times by the manager. Each time he was asked to leave, Nguyen continued to stay.

Then a female customer felt sorry for Nguyen and bought him a sandwich from the business. According to the EBR Sheriff’s Office, when the customer gave Nguyen the sandwich he pulled his pants down and exposed himself to her. After, Nguyen left the business.

EBR Sheriff’s officers found Nguyen inside of a Family Dollar store next door to the Subway.

Nguyen was charged with entry on or remaining in places or on land after being forbidden and obscenity.

In a separate incident that occurred on Jan. 15 around 2p.m., 29-year-old Kentrell Washington exposed himself to a woman and her 7-year-old son while they were walking to their parked car,

According to the Sheriff’s office, Washington was standing in his apartment doorway at 270 Apartment Drive, when the victims walked by and began to masturbate as they passed.

Washington was identified in a line up and charged with obscenity and indecent behavior with a juvenile.

Finally, in the last incident 62-year-old Morris Dantzler was arrested on Mar. 16 after masturbating while watching a woman from outside of her window.

According to the EBR Sheriff’s Office, Dantzler cut the victim’s grass earlier in the day and later was discovered outside of her window standing near a tree and masturbating.

The victim then confronted Dantzler, however he said that he was only urinating. The vicitm did not call the police until a second incident occurred when one of the victim’s friends came to her house and Dantzler was seen under the victim’s carport while looking into a window and masturbating again.

Dantzler was identified in a line up and charged with obscenity and peeping tom.

According to the sheriff’s office, Dantzler was arrested five other times for obscenity.
