ST. GEORGE — Pecue Park is now open in St. George.

Oster Development says the site on Perkins Road near Pecue Lane south of I-10 is its biggest project yet.

"Actually, 10 years ago, we purchased the grant with the hope and expectation that we would have the interstate opened in four or five years," Don Oster of Oster Development said. "And although it took longer, we're very happy that we were able to get the land and develop the property."

The development is expected to include services, retail and restaurants.
