LAPLACE — The right lane is blocked on the Bonnet Carre Spillway due to a "spilled load," traffic officials said.
Officials said around 10:25 a.m. that the right lane of I-10 East on the Bonnet Carre Spillway was closed around mile marker 212. Congestion has reached back to I-55.
