Police say tower climber wanted to meet Trump
NEW YORK (AP) - A 20-year-old man has been taken into custody while scaling the glass facade of Trump Tower in New York.
The man, identified as a Virginia resident, had posted a YouTube video saying he wanted a private audience with Trump to discuss an important matter.
Police stopped the climber Wednesday by leaning out of a window and yanking him inside. He had gotten as high as the 21st floor of the 68-story skyscraper.
