NEW ROADS — Residents in New Roads gathered for the second day of the Harvest Festival on False River on Saturday.

The Harvest Festival takes place every year on Main Street in New Roads, supporting the local agriculture-based community. 

The three-day festival featured food, live music with two stages hosting a myriad of artists, a carnival, crafts and a pageant.

On Sunday, the festival will host a Halloween costume contest for both kids and adults.
