Monday's boil advisory for parts of Denham Springs has been lifted
DENHAM SPRINGS - Officials say residents along LA 16 in Livingston Parish are no longer under a boil water advisory that was issued Monday.
As of Wednesday morning at 9:20 a.m., the advisory has been lifted.
On Monday, a spokesperson for the water district said the advisory was necessary while crews repaired the water supply system along the highway.
The advisory was applicable to residents on the highway between Fore Road and 37976 LA 16.
