Man wanted for attempted murder after beating 6-month-old
NEW ORLEANS- Officers from the New Orleans Police Department are looking for a man wanted for attempted first-degree murder after he allegedly beat a six-month old boy.
Police are searching for 27-year-old Kyron V. Espadron.
WWL-TV reports the incident occurred Sept. 12 in the 6800 block of Parc Brittany Boulevard. Authorities said the beating caused the child severe internal injures over the span of several months.
On Sept. 21, Espadron was initially arrested for cruelty to a juvenile, but during the course of the investigation, police obtained an arrest warrant for attempted first-degree murder based on the severity of the child's injuries.
