BATON ROUGE - No. 8 LSU returns to Death Valley on Saturday night to host in-state opponent Louisiana Tech.

The Tigers opened the season with a dominant 51-10 victory over Clemson, totaling 644 yards of offense while holding Clemson to just 145 yards.

LSU quarterback Sam Leavitt accounted for three touchdowns in his debut as a Tiger, while running back Dilin Jones rushed for 113 yards and two scores.

Louisiana Tech also enters the matchup 1-0 after defeating Northwestern State 80-6 in its season opener.

Kickoff is set for 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, and the game will air on SEC Network+.
