Lane closure scheduled between WBR and Iberville Parishes this weekend

The east bound lane of 1-10 from the Mississippi River Bridge to the Atchafalya Bridge will be closed beginning Friday, June 2 at 6:30 p.m.

The closure will last through Monday, June 5 at 6:30 a.m.

According to DOTD, the closure is necessary for asphalt rehabilitation, weather permitting.

DOTD advises motorists to drive with caution through construction sites and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
