BATON ROUGE — The Jaguars are hitting the road again for a Halloween afternoon game against Florida A&M in Tallahassee.

The Jags are 3-5 thus far this season, with Southern most recently losing to Texas Southern, also on the road.

Before the Texas Southern loss, news broke that Southern head coach Marshall Faulk was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and has been living with the condition for a year and a half, which includes his entire tenure coaching the Jags.

"This is bigger than football. It is about our health, our families, and our future. If sharing my experience encourages even one person to speak with a doctor, get evaluated, or take a proactive approach to their health, then the conversation will have been worthwhile," Faulk said after unveiling his diagnosis.

Faulk is expected to share more about how he will be proceeding with the Jags, as well as preparations for this weekend's 2 p.m. kickoff, following practice on Tuesday.
