Witches Ride of St. Francisville returns Thursday to support domestic abuse survivors

ST. FRANCISVILLE - On Thursday evening, the streets of St. Francisville will be filled with hundreds of witches on bikes, broom-cycles and decked-out rides for the annual Witches Ride of St. Francisville.
The fun-filled event brings smiles and joy but has a much deeper mission. It supports the Purple House Foundation and provides a safe harbor for people escaping domestic abuse.
It's happening Thursday, Oct. 22, from 5:15 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Parker Park.
