BATON ROUGE — LSU returns to Death Valley this Saturday!

Head coach Lane Kiffin, since coming to LSU last year, has been building his team and staff in preparation for the 2026-27 season, which kicks off Saturday night with a home matchup against Clemson. 

LSU is ranked No. 11 on the AP Poll going into this season.

Ahead of LSU's return to the gridiron, WBRZ's Sports 2 team is taking a look at the advent of the Kiffin era of Tiger football, including a look at quarterback Sam Leavitt, along with other new and old faces.
