Another cold front will push through on Friday, lowering temperatures even more for the weekend. By Sunday morning, lows will get back into the 40s!
Today & Tonight: After a cool start, highs will reach into the lower 80s under sunny skies. Humidity will be non-existent. Overnight, lows will reach the mid-50s, with clouds increasing towards daybreak.
Up Next: Another cold front will pass on Friday. This will bring an increase in cloud cover, but rain is unlikely due to a moisture starved atmosphere. This will bring some great weather for the Friday Night Blitz. Under mostly clear skies, temperatures will steadily drop through the 60s. Bring a jacket if heading to any games! Temperatures will drop even more over the weekend. Saturday morning will start out in the low 50s, with highs in the mid-70s. Clouds will be partly to mostly cloudy at times. For LSU and Southern home games, it will feel great! Bring a light layer, as temperatures will be dropping into the 60s during the evening. By Sunday, lows will dip down into the 40s, with highs not leaving the 60s. Through the middle of next week, pleasant fall weather will continue. There are some model differences on the rainfall potential, but more likely than not, most will stay dry.

The Tropics: A non-tropical low pressure area is located a few hundred miles south of Bermuda. Environmental conditions could support this system gradually acquiring subtropical characteristics through this weekend while it moves slowly eastward over the western and central subtropical Atlantic. By early next week, environmental conditions are forecast to become unfavorable for further development.
