BATON ROUGE — Two crashes caused delays on I-10 eastbound near Highland Road on Wednesday morning.
Officials told WBRZ that emergency response crews responded to two separate wrecks near Highland around 6 a.m.
The first left two people hospitalized near the East Baton Rouge-Ascension parish line, and the second left one person injured just before Highland Road.
While first responders worked the crash, traffic was congested from the I-10/12 split to La. 73.
