PLAQUEMINE - Law enforcement is reminding drivers to use caution as sugar cane grinding season begins.
The Iberville Parish Sheriff's Office asked residents to be mindful of tractors and cane trucks entering and exiting the roadway.
"Be safe. No texting and driving, stay alert and drive carefully," the sheriff's office said.
