LPSO: 22-year-old arrested in alleged rape of victim under 13

WALKER - A 22-year-old was arrested for the rape of a child that reportedly happened in the Walker area.
The Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office arrested Kell Moses on Sept. 2 for first-degree rape of a victim under 13.
The sheriff's office shared few details about the alleged assault, but said it was reported to LPSO in July.
Moses is being held without bond.
