ASCENSION PARISH — LA 308 is closed due to a fatal crash just north of the Assumption/Ascension Parish line in Ascension Parish.
Northbound traffic heading toward Donaldsonville should detour to LA 1 at the Belle Rose Bridge. Southbound traffic into Assumption Parish is advised to take LA 1 at the Palo Alto Bridge.
