Entergy schedules East Iberville power outage for October 4

PLAQUEMINE — Entergy has scheduled a power outage for customers in the East Iberville area on Oct. 4 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Crews will be replacing a wooden utility pole with a steel pole and completing additional upgrades in the area during that time.
Entergy said the work is part of resiliency and reliability improvements. The company has sent automated notifications directly to affected addresses.
