BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — The LSU men's and women's basketball teams will not attend Tuesday's SEC Basketball Media Days in Birmingham, Alabama, due to inclement weather, the school announces.

Due to inclement weather, we are no longer able to attend SEC Tip-Off in person, but you can still catch @LSUwbkb at 9:50am and @LSUBasketball at 10:50am remotely on @SECNetwork! https://t.co/cjUaW5n1c6

Will Wade, Kim Mulkey and a few of their players were set to appear at the event on Tuesday, but fog in the Baton Rouge area prevented them from departing from the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport.

BTR reports that multiple flights have been delayed.
