BATON ROUGE — LSU will kick off Geaux Pre-Health Week next week on Oct. 12. 

Geaux Pre-Health Week is a collaborative effort across LSU's main campus in partnership with LSU Health campuses in New Orleans and Shreveport. 

The university is bringing together academic programs, healthcare organizations and professionals from across Louisiana and throughout the United States to help students explore pathways into healthcare.

All LSU students are welcome to attend the activities to learn more about LSU’s pre-health pathways, advising initiatives, admissions and how to prepare for success in the health professions.

Throughout the week, students will have opportunities to learn about health professions, connect with those working in the field and engage in interactive and hands-on events.
