JARREAU — Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Pointe Coupee Parish is hosting its second annual Wild Game Cookoff at its fairgrounds this weekend.

The event features a cooking competition open to all skill levels and is free to attend for both spectators and cooking teams.

Attendees can also take part in food tasting, games, raffles and live music throughout the day.

The event kicks off Saturday at 10 a.m.
