DENHAM SPRINGS — The Denham Springs Main Street Chili Cook-Off is this weekend.

The smell of delicious chili is going to fill Denham Springs' Antique Village on Saturday, with vendors also setting up for the event. Live music will be provided by Jovin Webb, a former "American Idol" contestant and Louisiana native.

Starting at 6 a.m., teams of cooks will cook their chili. Each team's chili will then be presented to judges and the public starting at 11 a.m., with the winner being crowned, along with other awards being given out, at 2 p.m.

Tasting tickets cost $10. Learn more about the chili cook-off here.
