The Tigers are coming off a 3-0 win over Alabama in the opening round, while the Razorbacks escaped Ole Miss in the 10th inning 2-1 after a wild pitch with the bases loaded.

URBANA, Il. - LSU's lone men's singles tennis player, #42 Chris Simpson, fell Wednesday afternoon to the University of Texas' #37 Soren Hess-Olesen in three sets(4-6, 7-5, 3-6).
It was the sophomore Tiger's first trip to the NCAA Championships. Simpson had taken down nine ranked opponents throughout the year and ends his year 12-14 in singles matches.
