BATON ROUGE- Southern University's alumni federation, "Home Chapter," is getting ready to hold their annual "Jaguar Jamboree" Scholarship and Alumni Recruitment Event.
This year's jamboree will feature an evening of live music, food, fun and prizes. The event raises scholarship funds for incoming students that need financial assistance. It also serves as a recruitment event for the Home Chapter.
The Home Chapter hopes year's jamboree will be the best one yet. The event will be held on Saturday, October 3rd at the Smith-Brown Memorial Union on Southern's campus.
