Sister says murder of her three brothers was "premeditated"

BAKER - The sister of three men who deputies said were killed by 60-year-old Rodney Chemin this weekend in Baker said she met the man before, and that she's still reeling from the tragedy and what she needs to do next.
Patricia Allen said she's still processing the loss of her brothers Joseph, Perry, and Mark after the shooting early Sunday morning, which she said was deliberate.
"(It was) premeditated murder," Patricia Allen said. "He waited on them in bushes and he shot them one by one."
Authorities said Chemin and the three brothers were at a party watching football when they got into an argument and left the residence. All four were later found dead in Chemin's driveway just after midnight Sunday. Investigators said Chemin shot two of the brothers in the chest, and then shot the third multiple times before taking his own life.
Chemin's family said they don't believe Allen's claims the shooting was premeditated. Investigators said because all parties involved were dead, it's unlikely the exact chain of events in the shooting will ever be fully known.
Allen says she's now struggling with how to pay for all three of her brothers' funerals. An account for donations has been set up at CapitalOne banks under the name "Allen Brothers Funeral Expense account."
