Wednesday's LSU-McNeese game postponed due to weather
BATON ROUGE - The threat of severe storms in the Capital Area has led officials to postpone the LSU-McNeese baseball game scheduled for Wednesday.
The Tigers Tuesday night game in the Box with Louisiana Tech will be played as scheduled despite already deteriorating conditions.
McNeese announced the game will be moved to Apr. 12 at 6:30 p.m. in Alex Box Stadium.
The LSU Tigers moved to No. 7 in the national rankings this week. Severe thunderstorms will be possible Wednesday and into Thursday with heavy rainfall, gusting winds and possible isolated tornadoes on tap.
