Vehicle strikes deer, sends it through windshield of a student-driving car
CENTRAL – A vehicle struck a deer and caused it to go through the windshield of another in Central, the city's fire department reported.
The incident occurred on Monday around 6:15 p.m. when a vehicle going southbound in the 13400 block of Joor Road struck a deer, causing the deer to become airborne. The deer then struck another car traveling northbound and partially went through the car's windshield.
The car, according to the Central Fire Department, was a student-driving car. Both the student-driver and the occupant with the student were injured with not life-threatening injuries.
The fire department posted on Facebook about the incident and stated that luck was on the side of all involved as the crash could have been worse. Read the full post below:
