Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff offering cash award for information about last weeks bomb threat

PONCHATOULA- Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Daniel Edwards is offering a $500 award to anyone with information regarding the “bomb threat” that Ponchatoula High School received last week.

Detectives are actively investigating information that could identify the caller.

The call was originally placed to the Ponchatoula Police Department on Thursday, Apr. 7, around 5:30 a.m.

Detectives state that the call was placed from the Baylor Scott and White Medical Center in Carrollton, Texas.
