State Police release details about abductors of 2-year-old, 7-year-old

SHREVEPORT - Louisiana State Police and other law enforcement agencies throughout the state continue to actively aid Shreveport Police in locating a missing 2-year-old, 7-year-old and their abductors.

LSP identified one of the kidnappers as Keith Rogers. They said Rogers was last seen wearing a black jacket, bright yellow t-shirt, black jeans and black shoes. He has a full beard and dreadlocks to his shoulders.

The other abductor, Antionette Wong, was last seen wearing a dark-colored burka that was covering her hair leaving only her face visible, a black coat, blue jeans and black shoes.

Both of the children were abducted by force by Keith Rogers and the children’s biological mother, Antionette Wong.  Wong and Rogers are wanted in connection with a violent crime.  Rogers is believed to be armed and dangerous.

Elijah is described as a 2-year-old black male child with black hair styled in dreadlocks, brown eyes, approximately 2’0” tall and weighing 35 pounds.  He was last seen wearing blue, yellow and green pajamas and a blue jacket with lime green stripes.

Donnie is described as a 7-year-old black male child with black hair styled in dreadlocks, brown eyes, approximately 3’6” tall and weighing 50 pounds.  He was last seen wearing red Nike shoes, dark blue jeans, a gray jacket and a red and black shirt.

Elijah Wong was last seen at the 4500 block of Pro Street in Shreveport.  Donnie Simmons was last seen at the 4000 block of Wallace Street in Shreveport.  Elijah was abducted at approximately 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 12, 2016, and Donnie was abducted a short time later at approximately 10:15 p.m.
