New Orleans, LA - The Saints hoping to extend their win-streak to 8 games against the Redskins at the Superdome Sunday afternoon.

The Saints' Drew Brees threw an interception on New Orleans' opening drive to set up a Redsins field goal, but the Saints responded with a Will Lutz 52-yarder to tie the game 3-3  early in the 1st quarter.

Washington responded quickly finishing off their next drive with a Kirk Cousins 16-yard touchdown pass to Chris Thompson for the Redskins to take a 10-3 lead with 2:11 left in the 1st quarter.

But it only took Brees and the Saints to go 80 yards just before the end of the quarter to punch it in the endzone on a Mark Ingram 36-yard score to make it a 10-10 ball game.

The Redskins offense kept rolling in the 2nd, taking a 17-10 lead 3 minutes into the quarter with a 1-yard Samaje Perine touchdown run.

The Saints added a Will Lutz field goal to make it 17-13 as time expired for the break.

The Redskins add to their lead late in the 3rd quarter when Cousins found a wide-open receiver for a 40-yard TD to make it 24-13.
