BATON ROUGE- Firefighters were finally able to find the source of a mysterious fire Friday.

People reported seeing black smoke off Greenwell Springs near Joor Road.

After a few hours, firefighters were finally able to locate an abandoned house burning deep in a patch of woods.

Emergency crews said they expect the fire to be out late Friday night.
