BATON ROUGE- Multiple crashes involving an 18-wheeler and several school buses jammed traffic on I-10 eastbound Thursday morning.

The accidents took place just before 8 am, on top of the MS River Bridge in the center lane.

No children were hurt in the crashes.

The two left lanes remain blocked at the time of this post.

I-10 congestion has reached four miles past LA 415. There are rubber necking delays on I-10 westbound from the 10/12 split to LA 1.
