BATON ROUGE - East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office arrested 18-year-old Michael Holmes for second degree rape of a 15-year-old girl.

According to the sheriff’s office, the girl said that Holmes drove her to a dead end road at night in the 11300 block of Cypress Glen Avenue back in October 2015.

Williams started to touch her without her consent and continued to rape her, according to the sheriff’s office.
 
Interviews were conducted with the victim and Williams, and Williams said he was unaware of the girl’s age and did have sex with her in a statement to an East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s officer in February.

However, on Mar. 21, Williams stated that he never had sex with the girl.

According to the sheriff’s office, Williams was arrested for second degree rape and booked into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
