Authorities identify man found shot to death on Polk Street

BATON ROUGE-  The Baton Rouge Police Department is investigating after a man was found shot to death on a bench Tuesday.

Authorities responded to a call for an individual down in the 1300 block of E. Polk Street Tuesday morning. Authorities say they found Marcus Miller dead with a gunshot wound to the head.
