CONVENT- A man charged with indecent behavior with a juvenile in 2014 was sentenced to 15 years of hard labor with credit for time served.

On Tuesday, Jermaine White entered a guilty plea after an agreement with prosecutors.

White was arrested in October 2014 for touching a 10-year-old girl in his neighborhood. A judge ordered that White serve at least two years in prison without the benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence.

White had a prior conviction for carnal knowledge of a juvenile back in 2009 and sentenced to five years.
