EVANGELINE PARISH- A statewide AMBER Alert has been canceled for 3-year-old Paizley Ann Fontenot of Ville Platte.

Authorities say Paizley was kidnapped by her non-custodial father, Brandon Phillip Fontenot, around noon on Sunday. 

Fontenot is 34 years old, 5"9" and weighs about 150 pounds. Authorities say he was last seen in a 2003 red Dodge Ram 1500. 

State Police say Fontenot was arrested late Sunday night and is in custody. Paizley was safely recovered.
