BATON ROUGE – A man was arrested at the East Baton Rouge Parish Library for soliciting sex to a minor that he planned to meet.

Henry Breazeale, 58, had been communicating via email with a 15-year-old girl named Britney. Breazeale admitted that he went to the East Baton Rouge Parish Library on Greenwell Springs Road to meet Britney after communicating with her and suggesting sexual acts.

Breazeale's cell phone was seized and he was arrested on one count of indecent behavior with juveniles and one count of computer aided solicitation of a minor.

Breazeale was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on the above charges.
