BATON ROUGE - The right lane was blocked on I-10 West near the Whiskey Bay exit due to a vehicle fire. 

Now both lanes are opened. 

The interstate is congested with traffic 14 miles in length. 

The right lane is blocked I-10 West at mile marker 129 (Whiskey Bay) due to a vehicle fire. Congestion is 9 miles in length.
