LOS ANGELES - Officials say a doctor accused of drugging and raping multiple women after being featured in a reality show got his medical training at LSU.

Orthopedic surgeon Grant W. Robicheaux, 38, of Newport Beach was arrested last week on sexual assault charges. Robicheaux was arrested with a female accomplice, identified as 31-year-old Cerissa Laura Riley.

Investigators are now poring through thousands of videos on Robicheaux's phone which appear to show numerous women intoxicated by anesthesia or other means, "beyond the ability to consent or resist" and "barely responsive" to his sexual advances. Based on the volume of videos, police believe there is still a number of unidentified victims. Investigators say Riley appeared in several of the videos.

The district attorney showed reporters video of Robicheaux from a now-canceled Bravo TV show called "Online Dating Rituals of the American Male" in an episode titled "Three's A Crowd."

"We believe the defendants used their good looks and charm to lower the inhibitions of their potential prey," Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas said in a press conference.

Robicheaux was an undergraduate at Louisiana State University and then graduated from its medical school in 2007. He did postgraduate work at New York University Hospital for Joint Diseases in New York City and did an orthopedic surgery residency at University of California Irvine Medical Center in Orange, California. He was licensed to practice medicine in California on May 30, 2009.

Both Robicheaux and Riley were released on a $100,000 bail. The two have not yet publicly responded to the allegations.
