Car fire closes I-12 overnight
DENHAM SPRINGS - I-12 closed overnight as authorities worked a crash where a vehicle caught on fire.
Sunday morning, ActionNews17 reported on its Facebook page what appeared to be a van burst into flames. I-12 was closed for a portion of the night as Livingston Fire District 5, Walker Police and paramedics worked the crash scene.
There were no immediate reports about injuries.
Highways will be congested this weekend and Monday as a record-breaking number of people travel for the 4th of July holiday.
