BATON ROUGE - Two of three juveniles involved in a deadly shooting last month will be tried as adults.

Police arrested a 13-year-old, a 15-year-old, and a 16-year-old on second-degree murder counts in the death of 32-year-old Spencer Hebert. Two of those suspects, identified as Gregory Howard and Tayon Jackson, will be tried as adults according to East Baton Rouge District Attorney Hillar Moore.

Hebert was killed Aug. 11 outside a seafood restaurant on North Foster Drive. Police have not said anything about what led them to arrest the teens, and arrest documents for the juveniles are not yet open to the public.

The 13-year-old remains in juvenile detention on a $100,000 bond.
