BATON ROUGE- Multiple agencies are on the scene of an incident where a body was found under a truck.

The incident took place at 37323 Greenwell Springs Road early Tuesday morning. 

Authorities have identified the victim as 32-year-old Kirk Hebert. 

The sheriff's office later revealed that Hebert was found pinned underneath his brother's vehicle. His brother, Stephen, has been arrested and charged with DWI and negligent homicide.
