PLAQUEMINE - Officials say five people were involved in a crash in Plaquemine Wednesday, including four officers.

The crash occurred around around 1 p.m. in the 24000 block of Eden Street. According to authorities, early reports indicate two Narcotics Unit vehicles and one civilian vehicle were involved in the crash.

Officials say all involved in the crash suffered moderate injuries as a result.

Two officers and the civilian were taken to the hospital by EMS. The other two officers were taken in a private vehicle.
