CHICAGO - Thousands of homes and businesses are still without power as the northern Great Plains digs out from a winter storm.
In North Dakota, the Minot International Airport was closed Monday and airports serving Fargo and Bismarck had flight cancellations.
In Michigan, WOOD-TV is reporting that more than 20,000 customers were without power Monday night.
