    OMAHA, NE- The LSU baseball team's feared line-up once again came up short Tuesday afternoon.  The lack of timely hitting ultimately led to the Tigers being eliminated by North Carolina.  LSU had several opportunities to produce runs against the Tar Heels, but usual clutch hitters like Alex Bregman, Raph Rhymes and Christian Ibarra went hitless in the game.  Click on the video to hear more from Sports 2's Michael Cauble.

    OMAHA, Ne. - Aaron Nola brought his "A" game to the College World Series. After allowing only his second base runner of the game, Nola struck out UCLA batter Kevin Williams to end the top of the fourth inning.

    The talented sophomore has two strikeouts, allowed two hits and one walk.
