Woman threatened at gunpoint near Garden District Saturday night
BATON ROUGE - A woman was driving near the Garden District in Baton Rouge Saturday night when her vehicle was stopped at gunpoint by two individuals.
According to Baton Rouge Police, the incident took place in the 2500 block of McGrath Avenue near St. Rose Avenue around 6:15 p.m.
The woman was reportedly driving slowly down McGrath Avenue when a man dressed in all black stepped in front of the vehicle and pointed a gun at her. Another unarmed man also in all black was also seen outside the vehicle.
The woman then swerved out of the way of the two and sped off to a safe location.
Police were unable to locate the suspects and described the two as African-American males between 18 and 25 years old.
