NEW YORK - The brackets are set for the NFL playoffs and for those teams, the focus is on the next game. For the rest of the teams in the league, the train of thought is on how to improve and reach the playoffs in 2016.

The Monday after the last Sunday of the regular season usually marks the firing of several coaches.

That process began Sunday night when Cleveland dumped Mike Pettine and San Francisco bid farewell to Jim Tomsula. The Browns also let general manager Ray Farmer go.

More firings or retirements are expected to come.

2 favorites. 2 teams that no one wants to face...And 2 teams most likely to go one-and-done in the postseason.
